Of course they accept Russians because only stupid moron would omit all that money generated by Russian partnership programs and Russian webmasters. AFAIK Epass even have a Russian translator in the staff to communicate on phone.

Actualy, they just banned them. Tried to pay a russian client and it says I couldn't for security reasons. They replied and said he was in a banned country.

As about the Epassporte and Russians. Just checked this info. So I could tell you why you wasn't able to send the money. You were using a personal account to send the money. As far as I know p2p transfers to Russia are really blocked. But why don't you create a normal business account to do the payments? Just wonder... Personally I would never accept p2p transactions from personal accounts like yours because you may turn out a cheater and Epass will close my own account for getting the money from you. That's why the only accounts I'm receiving the money from are the business ones.

BTW, here is what EPassporte says on this issue: "Due to internal risk management purposes, affiliate accounts in Russia created by business account holders will not have the ability to send or receive p2p's"
