This is for both of you...
I was just in a 5000 sq. ft., 4 br., 4 ba. house with a pool, on 2 acres, just outside the city. Marble floors, pillars, custom wood work, two jacuzzi tubs in the bathrooms, massive closets, two maids (or nanny) quarters and lemon and mango trees in the back yard.
That's plenty of room to have a room just for the kid(s) to blast anything they want, as loud as they want, under the well-watched eye of a trained and certified nanny ($150 /mo. for 24/7 nanny) and you'll never have to suffer under the hand of Barney or his cronies again.
Oh...did I mention the house is $2500 /mo. or $350,000.
