a decent photographer knows that to stop motion and receive a sharp photo you cannot even think about shooting less than 1/125 sec. video cameras, even HD, are not meant to capture still photos.

your screen shots will be a little blurry unless you were filming a potted plant. sorry.
Ok thanks so www.givemepink.com uses 1/125 right? They pics are so sharp. Thanks a lot for detailed answer for taking your time.
