I was asked the following question....Would you open a sex store downtown without any staff to sell the products for you? I answered NO.
The next question was ... Well isn't putting up an adult site and then leaving it with no facility for the surfer to be able to ask questions, or get more details other than via email doing just that? ...... ummmm Yes I thought, he is right.
What if a surfer wants to join a site right there and then, but has one simple question that if answered will make him join? .... IF IT DOESNT GET ANSWERED THATS A LOST CUSTOMER.
So with this in mind I set up a small call centre to offer live 24/7 support on my site's ... all the surfer has to do is click a button to get all his questions answered right there and then.
The results were amazing, sales have increased around 30 percent and refunds are down dramatically. I don't know why I didn't think of this before.
Because of these results and its success, I have decided to expand my call centre into a full time operation ... The first 2 centres based in U.S.A. and Canada are now open for business.
I know that many webmasters may have thought of offering 24 hr support to thier potential customers in the past, but have been put off by the cost of doing it themselves ... Well now you can offer that support. I'm setting the pricing at a special low price of between $25-$100 a week. Bear in mind an inhouse operation would set you back more than $1000 a week at a guess. I will also brand the facility so that it looks as if it is all inhouse for you.
