Ad words is getting stricter with what they are allowing.... Change sex to "action" and see what happens.

they probably declined because you said NOW in capital letters and in the second ad you used the term "anal" too many times

Also, what are the keywords targetted. G will disallow adult ads if there is any chance the searcher wasn't looking for hardcore material
