You need to have quallity thumbs dude. Some of them are high quallity, some of them are very bad.. Try to make them same quallity..

Site doesn't look too bad. I agree that your thumbs need to be a little better quality. Look for more sponsors that have teen sites.
I highly suggest WILD CASH. Here are a couple of their sites that would do well for you.

i think today is just a bad day for thumbs but i have a massive backlog of new ones which are better quality

well to be honest i did use some of the sponsors you talk about.. and you can still make good thumbs from their content.
but .. you should use sponsors that have nice content so you can get your site going.
push "More Comus Thumbs Sites Here" to the bottom .. you don't get nothing for giving free traffic a way.
