                        you might want to chck on that.... you don't get 10 ips anymore you get 2, why are you marking it up $109 over the dc retail (and x% more with your reseller discount), what service are you providing on top of the dc? are you managing that box? note he wanted 20mbps unmetered not 1500 on 10mbps port.

                        atleast offer what he's asking for.

                                We can cap you at 20Mbps or let you burst to 100Mbps. We will give you the option if you dont mind paying for overage at 95th percentile.
