There is no "art" on these sites - they can argue that one with a judge before he does the 25 year sentence.

The whole concept is pandering to pedos and appears to be a "milder" entry level into cross/upselling. The history of these sites show kids where there is nada doubt they are under age - some look like 10 - 12.

Flip side is some are probably of age - but the marketing ploy remains the same - pedoworld!

Interesting. While I regret looking into this to draw my own conclusions I have learned something about some very popular teen sites floating around TGPs lately. Kind of left me with a sick feeling in my stomach but it leaves me wondering about the validity of virgins-art and virginsphotos as far as the age of models are concerned.
Those virgins-art and virginsphotos sites have a bit of an underage flair to it if you will. I wonder if they are 100% legal then if this is the case that this same guy has -18 teen model sites.

There is no hardcore evident on those underage domains so really, where these sites are hosted it may actually be legal unfortunately. Also, it has been ruled before that just posing children is not deemed illegal so long as not in sexual context. Immoral in our eyes... yes, illegal? Not really yet unfortunately.
