It's not just cars... think about it. This is a recycling energy source in a closed system that you can pull fuel from just about anywhere. Heat your house with rain run off... run a cruise liner on the water the boat is sailing in...

I wonder how this could effect space travel too? A big problem is always the fuel and weight of the fuel. Not sure what % of this stuff you could run recycled but it'd be a neat thing to find out about.

There are already 9 cars here in Socal that run off of water. The only problem is they are really expensive to make.
