Their online help chat is closed until tomorrow. This is normal, it is only open for a set amount of hours each day.
Since yesterday evening I have not recieved emials on new or recurring sales. In their control panel I can see that I have many of each.
Just wondering if anyone else is getting both new sales and recurring sales verified in the "Verotel Control Center" but not recieving the emails.
