    Remember the start of talking banners...On the surfer sites...

    "I got a website that is so hardcore I can't even say the name...Press p on your keyboard" or something like that...

    I fucken hated them...It was a short fad...

    Interesting over the years ;)

    I always loved the ones that would open up, full window, no toolbar, no way to get out if you didn't know alt+f4, screaming that shit lol. Those were always nice...late at night...

          The spyware embedded in P2P distributed DRM vids was/is on the scummy side. Would be nice to see that shit completely disappear (Not gonna hold my breath though).

          One other fad that largely went away--the annoying fly in banners.

                If anything I can see it growing, specialy since DRM is getting more popular everyday..

                plus its a nice way to try to make some money out of leechers, warez monkeys,etc.. (or at least piss them off - talking about "legal" DRM implementations tho)
