I will tell you a deal that went down between us.
I told em I need a sound track for a site I am building out. Terms were simple: "I can not pay you till the site is released" and that I would pay em 200.00 when the site is released, "if the sound loop was used". Pretty generous right?
It is a solo girls site that will be released soon.
In short...
The sound track was not approved, no one liked it, I promoted the soundtrack even here on GFY.
Now he runs around bad mouthing me in my threads since his lousy soundtrack did not get approved. The terms were pretty simple, I would be able to pay em when the site launches.
Well quite simply..
He wrote the tune it sucked, it wasnt used yet he runs around here bad mouthing me where he can thinking I owe em a lousy 200 fucken bucks...
Should I give the bottom feeder 200.00 and pay for somthing that was never used?
IMHO he is an extortionist the went beyond the means for good business.
A: I told em the conditions for payment.
B: I told em when he would be paid.
Is it proper to pay someone even when they bad mouth you in threads just because a product was not used at all and the understanding was that payment would be performed upon the launch of a site?
