How do you set up one of these things? A good friend of mine is having a party and wants to broadcast it on the internet. He's got a webcam, but that's all either of us know about it so far.

I know its really easy to do with MSN Messenger. If you don't have any software to do the broadcasts, you'd need to get one. The webcam your "friend" has should have come with it. If not, try going to download.com and looking for some free webcam software to set it up.
