Now, you can call me idiotic if you may, but all I can do is rebuke and say the thruth: I had no idea this would get out. It wasn't my intention. It would make sense, if it was my intention, to put another URL there 1) so GFY wasn't mentioned, 2) so I could make my greedy profits. 3) My hosting, and the other people on the server, wouldn't be affected.

Evidently, it didn't transpire that way. My basis for 'fuck you's is this - I take full responsibilitity for my actions, and they are: recording the calls.
I take diminished responsibility in turning this into an international affair.

If everyone here had respect for GFY, we would have all had a chuckle, and it would have been over.

As for my 'relaxed' approach - I refuse to have arguments with people I don't know. You've formed opinions about me over this situation, which is regretable, but I can't change that.

For the people involved, and who are concerned, I have offered my ful cooperation with what may come, and have made myself availible for contact.

It's all I can do, really.

everyone should learn from this debacle and be more careful promoting GFY to mainstream america and the world. I for one hope you don't get banned... because I like the logo in your sig.

however, it does look like gfy has temporarily suspended new registrations... so we'll all see how this changes the rules, etc.

The New York Post is one of the most widely circulated newspapers in the Country. Not to mention that Page Six is one of the most popular gossip columns in the western hemisphere. More than 10 or 20 is going to sign up. I don't think you know the magnitude of showing up in the post

advertisers are NOT paying for surfer traffic here

I feel the same way. The surfers will not be able to make our affiliate programs convert. They will be able to maybe pick up some cash for a few sales and that is it.

Dude, don't worry what anyone says. That thread and the calls you and Smokey made(Smokey to Eminem=Dude , I'm with Paris right now and she's giving me a gummer) were funny as hell and kept me up from 4:00-6:00am when I figured I just check my emails and the board on my way to bed.
