As I recall, it is a Brazilian martial art. At some point in it's history, it was banned by the goverment/law, so it was turned into more of a dance form, but still with the basics of the martial arts hidden within the dance.

I don't think that is capoeira. the guy jumps too much, too high... and capoeira is not that style.
