Find yourself a designer, get the design and head to FedExKinkos.

I was disappointed with FedEx kinkos. The cards were flimsy (requested thick stock) and 25% of them had an imprint from being loaded into the cutter. Any other suggestions?

They would have redone them for you, no questions asked. I had issues with a small part of a print job and they did the entire thing from scratch AND let me keep the "messed up" order which was partly usable.

kinkos fucked up an order for us as well, anyone else have any suggestions?

I can design and print high quality cards but we're up in Canada. The type of print we do is as good as it gets for paper cards. Its actually coated in a film of plastic but doesnt seem laminated, very had to rip but you can stil write on them. I can send a couple samples out. The cards run roughly $300 / 1000-1500

overnightprints.com is an awesome company, they are in CA and have done dozen of sets for my friends and I. You can make your own and send them the jpeg or design it of their site, great prices and quality too!
