    domain names + trademarks, gotta few questions

    ok, lets say i own
    www.asshole.com, i regged it in 1990

    now, someone got a trademark on the word asshole in 2003

    do they have legal rights to my domain name?

      no. but they may try to scare you.

      regardless, if the domain was regged before the TM was issued, they
      have no case.
