Over the past several years Phat Servers has taken many steps to keep up with that curve but we are seeking input as to how we can not only improve our service to existing customers but also gain the business and trust of new customers.

So here's my question to both current customers or non-customers that simply have input on what a good host should be... how can we improve our service? How can we earn your business? What can we do that will make you confident in us?

Please post your thoughts!
As a customer, I just want a good reliable server, cheap hosting, nice, polite tech support that is readily available, even on sundays.

As an individual, there is nothing I love more than a personal service. I frequent this restaurant, buy takeout there all the time. And everytime I am there the manager takes 5 minutes to talk to me and my girlfriend. He is on a first name basis with both of us and is a very charming man. He takes care of all his frequent customers this way, even the ones that are perfectly ordinary, such as myself. I will always go to his restaurant at least once a week and I will always be a loyal customer, because of the personal service.
