It's always a good idea to promote a few things on a page. That way you aren't leaving any money on the table. Most of the good ones have been posted here already, but here's a few others that convert well for me with some details:
PrivateFeeds
Offers revshare at 20% - lower than some but conversion rates are very good, offers nice FHGs as well as men/asian niche sites.
LiveJasmin
30% revshare and they convert - min. you make per sales is $9.00. If your traffic retains you'll get a lot more than the $20 - $35 or so you'd get for a PPS program.
Epic Cash
EpicCams offers PPS at $20+ but they do convert well with customizable JS plug-ins, lots and lots of content, and multiple linking options = several tours including Free sign-up.
WEGCash
VIPStream is similar to EpicCams with $20 / $25 PPS - they convert VERY WELL and with consoles there are many upsells available.

In over 4 years I had to wait for my check one time, i actually waited 2 weeks and then started calling. This happened a few years ago. I called and asked them what happened to my check. they said it was mailed 2 weeks earlier. I said well i didnt get it... (wondering what the hell, it got lost in the mail... sure?)
Well we did a stop payment on the check they cancelled it and sent me a new one. About 2 weeks later i got the orginal one i was waiting on. I checked the post mark and really was sent when it was suppose to have been sent, like a month early. So something with the mai got fucked up. I am sure this is not a common occurance, but it did happen to me once in 4 years. After being 2 weeks late on the check, did I go running to GFY and post how they were scammers, did i try to go report them to the onlineBBB, or sue them.. nope I called them, spoke with someone they were very helpful and in the end it wasn't even their fault.

The link talks about ifriends (the website) not clickcash ( the webmaster program).
I sent 18,000+ people to ifriends last year alone. Safe to say they had over 250,000 people signup. You show me a page of about 85 people mostly complaining about 9.95 charges and some of them even saying that ifriends refunded their money.
250,000+ people signup last year to IFRIENDS.... 85 complaints on a website = proof clickcash scams... WTF fake post on GFY being busted (Priceless)
