I paid Andrew $10 an hour Canadian and he *worked* (if you can actually consider what he did for us work) 40 hours a week.
40 hours x $10 = $400
He worked for us like 2 1/2 months so that is 10 weeks.... So that adds up to about $4000 plus the week severance I gave him so $4400.
Are we out of small claims yet? LOL!

Honestly, if I didn't expose Andrew and let him get away with it what would that say about me. My current employees would then think it would be "ok" to do what Andrew did and there would be no consequences to their actions.
