I think this guy ripped me off, too. On the 16th, I bought 10 tgp templates and never saw him online again. After numerous attempts to icq him, he never replies nor does he ever go online again.

This is the EXACT reason why I'm always gunshy about doing work with people online. It's assclowns like this that always fuck it up for the legit people.

Thnak God, i listened to myself. He hit me up asking for my business when i needed a designer. I figured he would be cheaper, but i was like i don't even know this guy so i will shop around some more. I told him and some others i will get back to them, but i ended up paying the money. You get what you put out, so i decided to go with Fletch. He is cool as ever, and works with you. Being cheap was going to get me nowhere, and i am glad i made the decision i made.

The only thing that I keep thinking is that I'm glad it was only $150 for gallery templates. I was SO CLOSE to buying alternative tours for 5 of our paysites. If that would have been the case, I would have been out tons more money.

He gave me a "q-servers.com" email address, plus he had his samples hosted on that domain. Not sure if that helps at all...

Anyway, while there's not much I can do about it now and I certainly don't want this to eat up my life. I will keep an eye out for him and make sure that if he does show his face again, I will be there to tell anyone who will listed what a shitty thing he's done (unless he's laid up in the hospital right now due to a car accident).

Apparantely so... which is unfortunate. I've met a good share of great people in this industry. People that I would trust with thousands of dollars with our company's money... yet, someone has to come along and possibly burn me for a weak $150.
