Its not our fault you got scammed. We have registered your complaint and if an account gets enough complaints its terminated.
We don't give out information about our account holders, how would you feel if someone requested your information and we gave it to them?

For starters, I understand your legal position, and i realize that you cannot simply give out information about your account owners, and i realize that it is my fault that I got scammed. BUT I find it incredibly disheartening that it takes multiple people being scammed, through your system, before you take action. It almost appears that epassporte harbors criminal activities, one complaint should be enough to have an account frozen, even temporarily while you investigate. I also find it disheartening that you could care less about the customers that use your system legally, and dont make any effort to fix the fraud.

I understand you but imagine this.
You piss someone off on the boards, they send you $20 then complaints about your account saying you cheated them, we close your account.
You can't prove you didn't get the money from him or the money was for something else, that is the problem. There is no solid proof thats why we can't block/suspend accounts. The number of complaints an account can get before its suspended is more than 1 but not much more.

Proof? I can give you login information to my paypal account, i can also forward you the chat transcripts between myself and the criminal... That should be enough to at LEAST suspend his account.

Yeah but the transcript can be edited and the money you send him could be for something else.
I understand where you are coming from but there is nothing we can do.
