Depends on who you ask. With the bandwidth necessary to carry 8 hours a day of HD viewing for their customer base a Bellsouth engineer estimated that would translate into about $112 a month for DSL service capable of handling the video.
WTF? Will too much HD content cause the internet be like using a cell phone in downtown 5:00 Friday rush hour? Browser screen would say "Service Temporarily Not Available".
