Say whatever you will, this was a minor issue between
a webmaster promoting and me.

The issue was resolved, call me a dick, asshole or whatever
you want too. I really can care less, we run a tight ship and
this was an issue between Lenny and myself.

I temp. blocked Lenny's password while we resolved this
issue with our attorney's and Lenny. Blocking it would
force him to contact us, at the time, he would not return
any ICQ's other then what was said in this thread.
Some things are best done without your comments.

I called Lenny, we said our peace and that is that.
His account is open and is sending traffic to us. Wether he
continues to promote is irrelevant.

The fact of the matter is that we CONVERT & RETAIN, that is
why Lenny was concerened about the money he spent
time to build. He could have lost thousands of $ in recurring
revenue. I had no plans to take his money, many of you
took what I said and made this worse then it really was.

Now.. thanks for your comments.

I think has more to do with character than anything. In this thread the facts that I have been able to see are.

a) you stole/borrowed a design that was converting well for one of your webmasters, in hopes that all of your affiliates would do well with that design.

There is a big red light that is going off in my head on this one No matter what you think, when you run a program like you do, you should hold yourself to a higher standard and not just think about your bottom line when it will adversely effect one of your webmasters. I believe that in your ICQ talk that he even mentioned that he didn't want to overuse that design, and was looking to use the prize that you were giving him to get more headers so as not to run the current ones in to the ground.

I also never saw a direct quote from you stating or asking to use his design even thought in the thread you claimed that you did.

b) you use strong arm tactics like shutting off his password, and threatening the loss of his rebills, yes the threat was overt, but I'm sure we all got the clue of what you were eluding too.

If you think that just cause your some big shot in your little circle of influence that you can talk to webmasters the way you did here, and not get a tongue lashing from it on a board called gofuckyourself.com then you really are a Forest Gump wannabe. I haven't had that much contact with you, and don't know you personally, but I could give a shit less if you convert 1:1 with my traffic, I'd rather send my business to someone that can keep their head about themselves on a message board, and that won't stab me in the back at the first chance they can just to make a few more bucks.

So please keep up that asshole-of-the-day attitude that you've shown here, cause it really let's your true light shine out.

Joel is a real character. He proves it time and time again. (His best line EVER is his claim to have been the MAN behind Busty Amateurs. That's a whole other story but all of us that know Jeff know that Joel was not even around when Busty Amateurs was started.)

However, understand we make our OWN rules and we do business as WE see fit so WE make the most profit for ourselves. We've worked 6+ years building up our company and we do our best to milk our own traffic. If this means we have to ban a sponsor, so be it. It's been working for us since the beginnig, so we'll keep doing it.

So let me step back and fill everyone in as to WHY Joel says he 'has a problem' with my fiancée.

We own daizie.com and have had it for quite a few years. Joel dropped me an email a few months ago. Said he was contacting me on Daizie's behalf and that she wants her domain name back (Her domain? We bought it!) Ok now get this: Joel sends a HUGE, slutty pic of Daizie along with her cel phone number (in the email) saying she wants ME to call her... that she wants 'her' domain because she wants to go out on her own and make money with her own site. (Gimme a break.)

Now, I know what Daizie looks like. (I think we ALL know what Daizie looks like!) Joel sends me this pic thinking I'll be SO EXCITED to talk to Daizie I'll just drop everything and HAND over the domain to her! Unfortunately for Joel, I was out of town that night. My fiancée answers my email when I am not around. Since my fiancee is also my business partner, she calls back and asks about the offer. Daizie answers the phone. Daizie has no idea what to say. She keeps whispering to Joel "It's a girl, what do I say?" Finally, Joel takes the phone and reveals himself as even dumber than Daizie! He tries to play it cool. My fiancée (who is well aware of what is going on) makes an offer to sell it. Joel says 'Yeah, let's work something out- blah, blah.' Agrees to everything she says, agrees to email back and the phone call ends.

The next day my fiancée emails to follow-up and all of a sudden things change. He's no longer interested AT ALL. No big deal. HE doesn't want to work out a deal. Fine.


Joel, tell me: HOW from all this, do you have a problem with her? Do you have a problem because she's SMARTER THAN YOU thought she was? Because she graduated from university with a degree in Psychology AND English? That she's not some dumb stripper?

From this scenario, I believe Joel thinks every webmaster is dumb and is more interested in boobs, than money. He thought hearing Daizie's voice was worth giving over a domain for. That's insulting. So Joel, you insult my intelligence with your pathetic ploy to lure me to hand over the domain and then you have A PROBLEM with my fiancée who foiled your plans?

It seems everytime you get into a mess with someone you turn around and point the finger at someone else to take the blame off you. Now that I've mentioned this, he's going to turn around and say it was Daizie's fault and SHE'S the one he has a problem with!

Joel, you'd probably be best to not post for a while. Every post you make you are creating a new enemy and burning another bridge. You've burnt the bridge between us RIGHT TO THE GROUND!

You need to learn a simple lesson about message boards, think twice type once I myself have written a bet 10x more than I actually post. I sit back and give myself 10 minutes to rethink if I really want to portray myself, and my company in a bad way by shoving my foot in my mouth whenever I get into a thread where my blood boils. Not that some drama isn't fun every once and a while, but the things you pulled on this one really make you look like a 12 year old brat.
