I think it might be his trademark signature to stick hard plastic inserts up his models. I did ask him about it in this thread.

Plus he gives advice on how hard it is to get girls to shove hard plastic things up their twats unless you have the right camera equipment and fake backdrops.
I really think its the backdrops and hard plastic toys that will make a photographer successful.
