Clueless noob here in need of help

Ok I want to start some sort of biz online since I love the computer. I was getting ready to venture into the world of ebay, but porn is a much bigger world. I need help or pointed in the right direction to get started. I see alot of you have you own sites and tgp's. What's the best way to start out and make money in the begining? Is there any programs I should learn to design websites? Im pretty sure I got the general idea of all this stuff, but just to make sure I will ask. I see alot of these banners saying get so many people to sign up and you make money. Basically I would be the middle man(promoting) others websites and they pay me for revenue I bring them correct? I also seen people saying start out with free sites to get people coming to your sites. Do you get free sites and after you get alot of people coming to your site you switch to pay sites? How do you know how many people come to your site a day a counter? Any helpfull tips or insight would be great. Im just trying to get started in this so I can stop work 60-70 hour work weeks. Plus I would like to start my own am site once I get established because I make plenty of home movies. So please point me in the right direction.

    Thank you

I forgot to ask is it best to start out on your own or pay a company like www.cyberadultdollars.com to help you get started. They help do the advertising and everything. Im still looking into these companies. Did most of you start on your own or with companies that help you out? Is it possible to make alot of money with companies of this stature.

Well, first and formost I'd read some of the other GFY threads of this nature (noobs, and Q&A) as they have already answered some of these for you. Also provided some good links for starting points both in background, and programs, and how-to's.

It really is up to you as some have started with the free sites, drove up traffic, and then flipped to a pay site, others started with tgps'. I personally just started out with a hobby foot fetish site, and over the years turned it pay as dictated byt the changing internet, T.O.S., and bandwidth costs. So I think we all started a little differently.

There are so many factors to consider, and different ways to do it, or combine a mix and match approach to doing it there is no "formula" or we'd all be following it. What I would recommend is first, read up on some of the other links and topics on here alreay answered for some of the newbie questions and answers, then read up on some of the links like newbie adult webmaster school and such (sorry don't have links in favorites or I would provide them). Then after that, you would have a better idea of where you want to start, and then those of us in those niche's can better help you.

A lot of people use the tgp's and sponsors, and many others have a wide range of different sites from mainstream to adult. So diversity can be your friend. Some of us just have a few pays sites of mixed and matched or original stuff, so it is so broad, you would need to narrow down to what you are looking at, then some of the masters, and experienced pro's would be in a better position to help guide you in a particular direction, and go from there.

Sorry can't be of more assistance, but any one of us could go one for a day about what has or hasn't worked, and from all the variations of adult webmaster, you would probably be even more confused as to where to start.

        thanks

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I think I will read everything I can find on here and do some research. Once I narrow down what my plan is I will ask for more assistance. Thank you for your help.

          No problem.

I am sure any number of us would be willing to help, and have our own ideas on what's good and not, but we all have different specialties, and experience from tgp's, to pay sites.

After you narrow down what you are looking to do, even if just a couple of ideas, those with the knowledge, or background can better help you in finding out what works or doesn't. Or you can blend some ideas together as well. It's really up to you.

          Glad I/we could help.

I would say amke biz plan what you have now and what you would like to have in 1 year from now (how much to make per $$) be realistic, buy domain and webspace.. signup with sponsor and make website with their content... while doing that read all forums .. and work work and read .. ask questions and you will learn .. start with freesites or tgp galleries learn traffic etc ...

There are great tutorials all over the place. Cozyacademy is a good one.

The number one thing to learn is how to generate traffic. The second thing you need to know is how to monetize it and make use of it.
