You finally found the 'right' person to do the job you need done but what's this?
What they will do and what you'll pay suddenly is changing faster than you can keep up with.
What's worse is the name this 'right' person starts to call you by, some nickname that nobody knows where they got it from, maybe you heard it being used 10 years ago but you can't remember.
Then nothing happens and the 'right' person has the wrong access to your program, the wrong access to your files, the wrong access to your server and finally just wrong access to anything.
Holy Batman! Family problems.
That's right Robin money needs to be paid now.
Maybe a dying family member or at least a rush or two to the hospital with family problems.
And then the 'right' person dies, at least you can't contact him again.
