Pantyhose. Make a "rug" out of pantyhose and put it where the one she pees on goes. My wife's grandmother puts them under the Christmas tree to keep the cats out of the gifts.
They hate walking on nylons... I don't know if it'll work but it's worth a try if you really want to keep the cat.
