We have TWO cats.... And one dog, the dog minds her own business and never messes with the cats...
In fact, the only time that my cat pisses on the mat is when the dog is locked in the bedroom with myself and my wife...
This has been happening for over a year people.. do you not think that I have tried everything possible at this point? We have 4 rugs we rotate, 3 litter boxes, have checked her out with specialists, and they say it is all behavioral issue.
I pet the cats daily, give them their share of attention each, I brush friday all the time, pet her, and play with her.. We are good pet owners, probably better than average I would say.. We've dealt with this for over a year, and it has not gotten better or gone away.. the only time it does not happen is if I lock the door and keep her in the extra bedroom where her hideout closet and litter box is...
