When I was a kid, people who had divorced parents got teased bad. Nowadays kids should be happy if their parents still live together when they are in school. So that's not an issue anymore.
I can just imagine what kids with gay parents would have to go through in school. Give it another 10 years and maybe kids will tolerate it.
If adults tolerate it is not the problem, it's if other kids tolerate it that is the problem.
