The "Red Bull" type canned drink made by Mountain Dew. It has the most caffeine. I just forget the name, but it has the Mountain Dew logo on the side.

7-11 usually has it.

If not, try a couple of Red Bulls. Good luck!

2 packs of sigarets
1,5 lite of jolt
1,5 liter of water
and something you like to eat

will keep you awake for atleats 48 hours (did that on lan party's works super)
only problem going to the toilet each one and a half hour is frustrating when you are doing something

Best way to stay awake is to gamble =)

Play poker. Probably wont help much by way of concentrating on other things but I find when I play cards I can stay up for days on end.

Red Bull is ok but aftrer it wears off after a few hours your drained of energy and will pass right out, so dont drink red bull unless you plan on being up only for a few short hours. I say coffee or greentea will work the best.
