Being that this will be archived and needs the record set straight.
Checked with my techs and looked through logs.
Request came in at 1:21pm to check out, and was fixed by 1:30 pm.
I think that is about 9 minutes to fix?
not sure what sucks about that.
The first email wasn't even from you? it was from a friend who said he was watching your sites for you? maybe that is why you didn't get the response?
Tech on shift was on it before that email even came from your friend as our monitoring system let them know.
Im sorry you didn't get an email back saying it was fixed not sure why that is but the fact of the matter is that it was fixed in 9 minutes. Over 40 support tickets were processed today without incident and again sorry you didnt get a response, but we do NOT let our clients hang for hours like that, never have and never will.
I'll send you an email as well, again my apologies for you not getting that email telling you it was fixed..
