If design, programming, maintaining and updating of the site itself is done in house. $5,000 should be enough to cover the initial costs to get you started...content, servers. Of course your going to have to find a way to promote your site because $5k isn't going to cover it for an affiliate program.
A $5,000 paysite can look just as good as a $1,000,000 paysite if you have the skills and the talent to design it like one and to shoot your own content in a professional manner (lighting, equipment etc.). But then again all that stuff is another whole set of costs....oh well i tried.★★★
