Fact is the "internet" has ben around sicne the late 60's it's not until the mid 90's that it became the internet as we know it. It became that way because of legislation passes in the US Congress and if you look at it, it was sponsored by AL GORE. So in a sense, he was right and you know that. Now grow the fuck up.
