    "Stepping up Sony's lawsuit against PS3 jailbreak developer George Hotz, this Thursday a judge approved multiple subpoenas which seek logs of all viewers and commenters to his YouTube video, visitors to his blog and website, and all information associated with his Twitter account."

                I think companies need to realize that going after someone like this just makes them look bad to everyone. It also makes it more known to someone who may have never heard of jail breaking their PS3. I know that I can mod my Xbox, but choose not to cause I like going online to play. Have them take down the site or remove the video, but to ask for the IP logs makes Sony look awful.
