I can just remember that back since Jimmy Carter was president, politicians have been "praying" for peace in the middle east.

Also, every rapper used to end their songs with the phrase "Peace in the middle east". I'm not sure why, but they did. Bushwick bill was the only old rapper I could think of.

Well, lets look at what happened. They set off a bomb in the WTC in 1992. We did nothing about it. Then they flew two planes into the WTC in 2001.

What we are realizing is that we are in danger and they are planing to attack us. They, being the fundamentalists muslems who hate jews and believe we are friends of the jews.


The muslems are supported and allowed to exists by these countries in the middle east who are led by leaders who put their own interest ahead of their people and world peace.

If the people in these countries realize that freedom involves having aspirations to achieve and prosper and have a say in the laws and future of their proud countries, they will be more likely to want to co-exist with the jews and ultimately the US. They will raise their kids to be educated to read and write and not be misled by the fundamentalist .


These people want a better life for their children then what they have now. Not just Iraq, but all of them.

As future middle eastern generations grow up proud of their contributions to their own free country, there will be less opportunites for fundamentalists leaders to recruit. They will grow up to be the elected leaders of their countries who will not tolerate terrorism!

In the mean time, we have to remove the threat of the existing terrorists being able to get their hands on a weapon that will do great harm to the US and subsequently, the world economy.

What if Jimmy Carter would have started this process in 1976? Instead of praying for it, he should have done something about it.

That is the long term solution that will keep terrorists from killing more americans in the name of allah.

The US supports Isreal with $3 billion per year(the largest recipient of US foriegn aid) and condones all thier human rights violations(for example bulldozing houses where they suspect Suicide-bomber families live...punishing a group of people for the actions of one)

All you've done is create a lot more terrorists who are just waiting for the right time. The reason the terrorists stated for 9/11 was that they wanted the US to stay out of their affairs (ie:supporting Isreal, overthrowing a democratic government in Iran, supporting the resource stealing dictators in Saudi Arabia etc.)
