Did you ever stop to think that the person in the photo is simply a paid model - acting a role for the camera?

Would it surprise you to learn the model led a VERY normal childhood, is married with children - and is in all respects rather well-adjusted?

Your narrow-minded interpretation based on a simple photo denotes your ignorance of a lot of things about the industry.
