Google reads and collects your emails..
If google simply sold correlations of keywords to your local police station i bet they would bust alot of people..
Like lets say you used the word "marijuana" 87% more than the average person. then google could figure out a rating of how likely it is you smoke/sell weed by correlating you with your criminal record , then they could simply run through the list according to location and sell the top 100 names to your local police station.
Or they could sell the information to crime syndicates to then shake down the person doing something illegal..]
