So far the sponsors I've signed up with or seen are doing either per signup or rev sharing program which is great but I was wondering if there are any old style sponsors which still offers the Per Click programs now or that is the thing of the past ?

Well a few sponsors still offer per click, but it's NOT like the days of old.

Funny thing about programs that still do per click though ...
From the program description:
"That's right! We pay for all your clicks; no unique filtering, no "second page" counting."
From the FAQ:
"1. We will pay a minimum of 2 cents for each unique hit that clicks a link on our website. The Click Through program counts "second page uniques" from english language browsers. Occassionally, we will pay bonuses based on the overall performance of our program. (If you are converting 1:50 based on your own raw click numbers, it's an astounding conversion ratio.
