If the higher ups at fleshlight hired ramos to promote, he's at the show promoting. If they hired him to take care of day to day issues for the company, he is not. Whether it's an issue or not depends on what exactly he got hired to do.

If they, themselves don't understand how incredibly important it is for THEM to relay to Ramos a reasonable time frame in which issues will be addressed, that's their fault and there's nothing Ramos is going to be able to do to change that. Ramos is the middle guy between the affiliates and the company, no matter how many sales are coming in and by who.

Ramos can come up with good marketing ideas and be a "nice guy" all day long but if everything he communicates from the affiliates to the company don't get heard and acted upon, he's not going to have the growth potential there that he initially expected. That's not his fault.

Hey, shit happens though. They might be a bunch of ball dropping asshats but Ramos, you need to at least ACT like you care. That dude that sent one sale as you mentioned in another thread, could be paying your wages for years to come if you play on his level and treat him with the value and respect he deserves.

I know you have it in you, or I wouldn't have taken the time to type it out. If no one from the company has been hired to address issues other than you, then a convention does not mean you're not obligated to represent. You gotta step up!
