              Rand, do you have live ONLINE support. I've been trying to help a friend of mine to open an account, and we've been trying to verify his CC since Tuesday. Can't remember when the last time I was so frustrated.

              Do you guys have any clue what are you doing when dealing with customers outside USA????

                      We'll try again tomorrow (it's past midnight here) and if we fail I'll send you an email.
                      We choose your way of verifying the CC. I think the problem might be with his bank rounding off the 'pending amount'........ I've called your customer support twice already.
                      Anyway, I hope it works tomorow ;)
