So far, I've tried several things such as decyphering niche tastes uniquely based on IP addresses of repeat visitors -- it works for getting peoples `niche' and helps marketing the right products to the right people. But I want to FILTER even better -- I WANT TO FILTER OUT PPL WITH NO MONEY and reach those with open pockets
