So let's do this the way I learned it in school......

584,111 / 365 = 1,600.3 unique visitors per day.

LOL... some of you guys are funny when given too much information at once!

Think about 8000 indexed pages.. 2000 backlinks.. on a nice looking site design as a basis for a project. Like a real TGP or LinkList or Blog or Portal.. check with anyone that just spent 12 months getting their site to this point and see if they think 3k is a good price. ;-)

I have almost no idea about running a CJ or TGP site... (as evidence, ever seen one that looks anything like that?) Maybe someone with a clue how to do it could even make it work as is by just turning the skim down and changing galleries now and then. :D

If no one shells out to buy it.. I'll have to find another domain to fund our little project first up.. But I will eventually get around to spending a day or two and turn that domain into a linksite that makes $1000/mth ... or maybe I'm kidding myself and it will only make $500/mth.. but that's bare minimum and that's still $6,000 income from it in the next 12 months, which still makes the site worth 3k by my rule of thumb... I actually hope to get 4k+ for it... and think 3k will sound cheap to a buyer who can use it well.

so bah to all the haters.. until Monday Night at least :p
