Thanks sweetie.Originally posted by RocHardPosts like thsi should lead to lawsuits. When threads like this other companies drop everything, have meetings, and in some cases make changes. If Kimmy Kim is saying it's not true, I believe her. KK would never lie about such a thing.
Frankly I have no reason to lie. Hell, I could be considered a competitor of sorts since I underwrite merchant accounts at the moment. I've known Clay and Joel for many years, and I've been friends with Chris for a long time too.
I'm sad to see this happen but Chris is perfectly capable of doing anything he wants to in creating a business or a business model.
Joel, Clay and Esther are more than capable of running Paycom as well. After all, Clay and Joel have been there since the beginning and Esther, with the exception of some time off when she had her son, has also been around for a loooong time.
It's apparent that many of the board readers haven't ever worked in a corporate America situation, and don't understand how corporations work and maybe not even how huge businesses are run. They are not set up to depend solely on one person, not only does their insurance company refuse to allow that, but they are designed to function if multiple people were to depart as well. Once a company becomes the size of a Paycom or a CCBill, it's not a mom and pop shop any more, nor will it ever be again. There are many good people that work at Paycom in every department, and while I'm sure they are saddened by the change, they are still doing their jobs. It is what they are paid for, after all.Comment

Spreading fear through rumours only shows that those people who do so have their own pathetic little agendas - absolutely zero credibility - and such a strong desire to be noticed that it shows they are in serious need of pshychological help.Originally posted by Yo AdrianI couldn't agree more. If Epoch bit the dust, this industry would collapse on itself. Good thing it's run be good people and there's no chance of that happening.
People should think before they start threads like this. What a thing to wake up to with a hangover, I was so dazed I almost believed this crap.Comment
