        i found out. it means registered in dutch... must be a check then in the envelope! :D

              well i received it on another address as i moved and did not change the identity card address yet (needed to cahs it at the bank). so ill go on saturday and grab it. someone there told me thats the only word he can read on the envelope.

                Yeah it's a way to ensure you will not deny getting the letter. The sender has to pay a small fee ($7) and gets a receipt. When you get the letter, you will have to sign for it in order to accept. This way, the sender knows you're not going to bullshit him by saying you didn't get anything.
