Doing his best? Nothing against Ramos but if he has time to make posts on here and was seen on myspace there is no excuse why he can't reply to a thread regarding the company he now works for and answer a few icq messages.

That sucks man but I am glad you made your stand. Affiliates and employees should be treated like gold. If one or the other are unhappy something else is compromised in one way or another. For example if you have an unhappy, underpaid designer that is going to show in his work which then affects you and your profits. I hope it all works out for you.
