    How many employees do you have?

    How many do you have? I have 4 employees, 2 freelance designers, 5 freelance camera men. Thats it. Do any of you have trouble having other people do certain work for you. I cant stand the thought of someone else doing our interviews, marketing, etc... unless they were with me from the start but even then I would be nervous.

              i have zero. if i need something done I hire sometimes to do the job for a few days but it is mostly people I have worked with in the past.

                      Well I know how you feel but at some point you have to let go in order to let the business grow,right? Especialy when you have other business' that need your time also but it is so very hard.
