think a 650sqft place is about 160k.
there was one 2400sqft place over looking downtown... i think was like 550k. i get a whopping 5k discount for being a resident here, lol. better then nothing i suppose

yeah for another couple of weeks before i move to Denton to focus on getting my bachelors. Ill always be in Houston though, its my home and I have family here.
