in the third picture is a picture of the loft building that WAS associated with my complex. now they are for sale.
think a 650sqft place is about 160k.
there was one 2400sqft place over looking downtown... i think was like 550k. i get a whopping 5k discount for being a resident here, lol. better then nothing i suppose
