    Intentionally making people rear-end me?

every day on my way home from school, i come to an intersection that looks something like this... http://tinyurl.com/gzxyn
basically, these soccer moms and people whos existence is consumed with their cell phone conversation are to fucking ignorant to understand the importance of using turn signals correctly (which is way way more important than obeying the speed limit or anything like that). i've come within 10 feet of being broadsided at the drivers side door fullsize SUVs going 35mph+ because of this.

now needless to say, this really pisses me off and i'd like to make an example outa some people. what i was thinking, was go to this specialty metal shop i know of, and have them weld some heavy duty mounts that i'd design to attach to the strongest points on the rear of the frame of my car, to a piece of high pressure steel pipe. they sell a 5" diameter version of the pipe i used to build a blackpowder cannon, so i feel that its sufficient. i'd have it protrude far enough that it'd stop a car atleast the size of mine (blazer 4door) before the crumpling of the body allowed any of it to damage the body of mine.

now, the legality aspect of it. i know that in a cut and dry by-the-book world, this would be perfectly legal and i'd walk away every time snickering about how some bitch got the front of her car demolished cause of her own ignorance, but can a cop look at the situation of me pulling out at the worst possible time, with a heavy steel pipe bolted to the back of my car, and say, you did this intentionally so the blame is on you?

No need to be a traffic tool, skippy. It's not your job to police the road, so how about you don't weld metal anything to your car, and you don't post stupid shit like this anymore.

    Thanks.
